About the role:
The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in keeping our HR systems running smoothly and evolving with the business. As the first point of contact for local HR teams, you ensure high data quality and enable reliable, efficient HR processes across the organization in EMEA.
Working closely with the global AMS (Application Management Services) team, you help resolve system issues quickly and actively drive continuous improvement of the HR system landscape.
Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for local HR teams, providing reliable first-level support for HRIS-related questions and system usage to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations
- You ensure high data quality by performing regular validations and maintaining the integrity of employee data in close collaboration with HR stakeholders
- You support the implementation and rollout of new HR systems and digital tools, including data preparation, migration, system testing, and go-live activities
- You develop and execute test scenarios, validate system functionality, and support user training and readiness to ensure successful system adoption
- You identify and drive opportunities to optimize HR processes and system usage while proactively tracking and following up on open incidents to ensure timely resolution
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in system implementation or project environments, preferred Workday
- Strong understanding of HR regulations, compliance frameworks, and best practices
- Proven ability to drive change and manage projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Genuine passion for HR management and HR technologies, with a strong curiosity for continuous improvement
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as German or Italian are a strong advantage
