Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.
We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: that’s why the majority of our product range is vegan. We also take an innovative approach to packaging: most of our products are packaged in glass, making them almost entirely recyclable.
Our diverse team in Berlin consists of over 290 employees from more than 40 nationalities and continues to grow – but at a sustainable pace.

Your tasks

Your role

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in People & Culture and Learning & Development in a fast-growing company? As a Working Student in our People & Organization team, you will support both operational and development initiatives, helping us build efficient processes and impactful learning programs.

• People & Culture Operations (P&C):
• Maintain and update employee data in Personio
• Prepare reports and analyses from Personio to support decision-making
• Assist with administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
• Create P&C documents such as employment references, contract addendums, and certificates
• Support initiatives like Annual Reviews and Job Architecture
• Learning & Development (L&D):
• Coordinate internal trainings and workshops with trainers
• Manage projects for L&D initiatives, including planning, organization, and follow-up
• Support the development and maintenance of the L&D framework
• Create and update learning materials, guidelines, and internal playbooks
• Assist with training evaluations, feedback analysis, and reporting

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Law, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources
• You thrive in a high-speed environment while maintaining an overview during shifting priorities
• Strong attention to detail and a highly precise, discreet, and service-oriented way of working
• A flexible mindset with the ability to tackle problems directly and proactively
• You can work 20h/week on at least 3 days, in your lecture free time you have the capability to work 40h/week
• Excellent communication skills with minimum B2 in both English and German
