WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Working Student—Internal Communications, you will support the Internal Communications team in creating content and implementing internal communication measures. Your tasks will include creatively designing and preparing content for various communication formats, and you will actively assist in the day-to-day business

YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be part of the three-person Internal Communications team within the Marketing & Communications team in Central Europe, with colleagues in Munich and Düsseldorf who complement each other well with their different backgrounds and together cover a broad spectrum of internal communications work. Your team is already looking forward to meeting you and will actively support you in with your orientation and successfully shaping upcoming topics and tasks together.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS)

• You are enrolled as a student, ideally majoring in business, social sciences, or the humanities.
• You are proficient in the Office 365 software.
• You ideally have basic knowledge of graphics and video programs.
• You have some professional experience in a PR agency or corporate communications department.
• You have a passion for communication and enjoy working in a team.
• Excellent German and very good English skills round out your profile.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

• You convince with your structured, reliable, and independent way of working and keep a cool head in challenging situations.
• Your work is very precise.
• You are a strong communicator verbally and in writing.
• You always think one step ahead and have quick powers of perception.
• You have a knack for processing content in a textually and visually attractive form.
• You are curious and can easily familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You live within 50 km of BCG’s Munich or Düsseldorf office.
