The position is ideally to be filled immediately for a minimum of 6 months.

YOUR TASKS

As a working student in Digital Campaigning, you will dive directly into the exciting world of digital multi-partner campaigns at PAYBACK. You will work hand in hand with experienced Campaign Managers and gain valuable insights into our campaigns. Your tasks are diverse and give you the opportunity to actively contribute:

• You will actively support our team in the conception and implementation of exciting digital multichannel marketing campaigns for our diverse online shopping partners
• You will help prepare and execute target-group-specific customer communication across central PAYBACK channels such as the app feed, newsletter, mobile push, web, and social media
• You will play an active role in designing and coordinating performance-oriented marketing materials and advertising assets, working closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Offer Management) and external partners
• You will support us in collecting and conducting initial analyses of campaign KPIs and help identify first optimization opportunities to increase performance
• You will gain deep insights into our campaign tools and processes and gradually take on your own independent tasks in daily operations

YOUR PROFILE

• You are studying Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• You ideally have already gained some practical experience in digital marketing through internships or previous working student positions and you are interested in performance marketing and campaign management
• You bring strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers and enjoy interpreting data and drawing first conclusions from it
• You are communicative, enjoy working in a team, and bring a strong willingness to learn as well as initiative
• You convince with creativity, a good eye for detail, and a structured and reliable way of working
• You have an excellent command of German, both written and spoken
