Deine Aufgaben:

Du unterstützt die verschiedenen Teams der Corporate Communications in allen Bereichen – von Internal Communications über Public Relations, Content Marketing und Corporate Publishing bis hin zum Social Media Management.

• Du pflegst unsere verschiedenen QIAGEN-Plattformen und -Tools und hilfst bei Recherche, Analyse und Reporting von Kommunikationsergebnissen.
• Du wirkst bei der Planung und Konzeption von Events mit – inklusive Recherche und Auswahl von Expert:innen und Gastredner:innen sowie der Organisation interner Meetings.
• Du erstellst Reisekostenabrechnungen auf Basis unseres Reisekostensystems Concur.
• Du unterstützt bei der Aktualisierung unserer Website und unserer internen Kommunikationsplattformen.

Dein Profil:

• Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in, vorzugsweise im Fachbereich Kommunikation, Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
• Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen (z. B. Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Du hast Spaß am digitalen Arbeiten und fühlst Dich in Online-Tools und -Plattformen wohl.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Du arbeitest sorgfältig, zuverlässig und bringst Dich gerne im Team ein.
