WMS (Warehouse Management System) - Hybrid 3x a Week

Introduction & Summary:We are seeking an experienced professional in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to join our WMS SQUAD. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills, a strong ability to manage time and priorities, and a focus on results. Adaptability for travel within Portugal and hybrid work is essential, with in-office attendance required three times a week.Main Responsibilities: Overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of WMS functionalities. Utilizing SQL to query databases for data extraction and analysis. Identifying and translating business requirements into clear specifications. Maintaining and prioritizing the backlog of functionalities. Monitoring WMS performance and implementing efficiency improvements. Participating in testing phases for new functionalities to ensure compliance with requirements. Communicating effectively in English. Key Requirements: Proven experience with WMS systems. Strong database knowledge, particularly in SQL. Proficient in requirement management. Experience with backlog management. Expertise in monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. Participation in testing and validation processes. Fluency in English. Nice to Have: Previous experience in a logistics environment. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Understanding of business processes and system integrations. Other Details:The position is hybrid, requiring attendance at the office three times a week, with occasional travel for business needs within Portugal. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic environment focused on optimizing warehouse operations.
