Plan and implement Windows Server installations following best practices
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows Server and associated services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.)
Provide technical support to customers, addressing Windows-related issues
Assist customers with performance analysis and optimization for Windows environments
Execute patching, migrations, and upgrades

ITIL Foundation or equivalent
