Your tasks include

• Unterstützung bei Aktivitäten zur Verbesserung von Entwicklungsprozessen, z. B. Überarbeitung, Prüfung und Mitgestaltung von Dokumenten und Trainingsunterlagen
• Verwaltung des Laborjournal‑Prozesses (Anlage neuer Journale, Ausgabe, Rücknahme, offizielle Archivierung sowie Ansprechpartner*in für IP&L)
• Unterstützung von Projektteams bei der formalen Genehmigung und Archivierung von Entwicklungsdokumenten
• Verwaltung und Koordination des Büromaterialbedarfs
• Pflege und Organisation des Labor‑Belegungsplans
• Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Reparaturaufträgen für allgemeine Gebäudethemen
• Pflege, Ergänzung und Aktualisierung des digitalen R&D‑Auftritts im QIAGEN Intranet

Your profile

• Eingeschriebener Studentin (m/w/d), idealerweise in Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Interesse an Prozessoptimierung, Dokumentation und organisatorischen Themen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; erste Erfahrungen mit digitalen Tools oder Intranet‑Systemen von Vorteil
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
