What you will do

• Du unterstützt bei der Datenschutzverantwortlichen bei laufenden Aufgaben und Projekten
• Du unterstütz bei der Erfüllung von Datenschutz Anforderungen in den Geschäftsprozessen der tesa SE und deren verbundenen Unternehmen im In- und Ausland
• Du wirst selbstständig Recherchen und Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse durchführen
• Du bringst dich aktiv bei der Bearbeitung nationaler / internationaler rechtlicher Fragen ein
• Du unterstützt bei Richtlinien und praxisrelevanten Prozessen
• Du arbeitest eng mit den Compliance Beauftragten, den Datenschutzkoordinatoren und den interdisziplinären Schnittstellenfunktionen zusammen
• Du bereitest Informations- und Entscheidungsvorlagen vor
• Du bereitest Trainings- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen vor

What you will need

• Du befindest dich im Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder im Wirtschaftsrecht mit Schwerpunkt Compliance/Datenschutz oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit ähnlicher Ausrichtung (keine stark IT- oder datenanalytische Ausrichtung)
• Du bist während der gesamten Werkstudententätigkeit immatrikuliert
• Du verfügst über erste analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten zur Erarbeitung pragmatischer Lösungsvorschläge
• Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie ein gutes allgemeines Rechtsverständnis
• Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint; erste Erfahrungen mit SharePoint sind ein Plus
• Du verfügst über Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Du hast eine strukturierte, selbständige sowie ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein schnelles Auffassungsvermögen
• Du besitzt eine engagierte, kreative Persönlichkeit mit „Hands-on-Mentalität“
• Du hast Spaß an Projektarbeit und an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
• Du hast die Möglichkeit, regelmäßig (in der Regel einmal pro Woche) vor Ort im Headquarter in Norderstedt zu arbeiten
