You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining a high-performance marketing site that directly impacts revenue.You will collaborate closely with skilled commercial and growth teams, working in a fast-paced environment where execution quality and measurable outcomes matter.What You’ll Be Responsible ForWebflow Development & ArchitectureBuild responsive, scalable Webflow pages from Figma designs or structured briefsDevelop reusable components with clean, maintainable class systemsArchitect structured CMS collections for dynamic contentEnsure cross-browser compatibility and responsive integrityMaintain clean, performance-oriented front-end implementationOngoing Maintenance & StabilityProactively monitor site health and performanceTroubleshoot and resolve layout issues, CMS errors, and broken integrationsManage smooth staging-to-production deploymentsMaintain high standards of reliability and technical hygieneA/B Testing & Conversion OptimizationBuild and launch A/B test variantsImplement and configure testing toolsEnsure accurate KPI and event trackingCollaborate with marketing to analyze performance and roll out winning variantsPerformance & Technical SEOImprove page speed and Core Web VitalsImplement structured data and semantic markupMaintain strong internal linking and site architectureEnsure on-page SEO best practices and accessibility standardsIntegrations & Marketing StackImplement and maintain CRM, analytics, tracking pixels, and automation integrationsEnsure clean data flow and accurate attributionTroubleshoot tracking discrepanciesMaintain reliable event tracking across systemsWho You AreDeep hands-on Webflow expertise (CMS, components, performance tuning)Strong understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JS)Experience running or supporting A/B testing frameworksComfortable working directly with commercial and marketing stakeholdersData-driven and commercially awareHighly autonomous and structuredFor South America applicants:Native-level English communication skillsWillingness to work overlapping hours with Europe and US time zonesLocation OptionsNew York (In Person)Work from a premium office location in one of the world’s leading commercial hubs.
