UX Designer

High English proficiency (C1+)
3–4 years of proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of 2–3+ case studies.
Knowledge of UX principles, Research methods, designing a new solution or reshaping existing ones.
Proficiency with design tools: Figma & FigJam, optionally Adobe CC
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills — verbal and written — with the ability to explain your design decisions clearly while keeping updates concise, clear and regular.
Strong presentation skills – we need someone who can transfer the internally gained knowledge and share it with the full team.
Proactive mindset and continuous learning attitude — especially in new tech, AI in design, and system-level design.

Degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, HCI, or related field.
Familiarity with tools like: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other quantitive analytics tools.
Background in Graphic Design or related discipline connected is a plus.
