We are looking for a Truck dispatcher for the logistics company (US market).
This job is performed in an office environment and cannot be performed remotely.
Location: Krakow
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate with drivers and customers daily
- Track trucks and drivers to confirm load scheduling and delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with both customers and drivers
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills
- Spoken and written English at the Upper-Intermediate level
- Experience as a Truck dispatcher or Sales Manager will be a plus
