Treasury Team Leader

At least 9 years of professional experience in Treasury Operations within a global organization., Confirmed experience in leading teams, including supporting their development and daily performance., Extensive knowledge of Cash Management, Banking, and Treasury Operations., Proficiency with financial and analytical systems, with a proven ability to implement process enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts., Communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders., A mindset characterized by initiative, accountability, detail‑focused, analytics, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem solving., Strong command of English, both spoken and written (Polish language skills would be an additional asset)., Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance or a related field.
