At least 4 years of hands‑on experience in Treasury Operations within an international setting, ideally gained in an SSC/BPO environment., Strong command of English, both spoken and written (Polish language skills would be an additional asset)., Solid financial expertise, particularly in Cash Management, Banking, and Treasury Operations., Highly analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail., Creative problem‑solver, comfortable navigating situations where processes are not fully defined., Proven track record in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives., Proficiency with financial and analytical systems, such as TMS, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint., Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance or a related discipline.
