About the project

Your responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from global and regional stakeholders to support operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive process and data analysis to identify performance gaps, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, including operating models, business requirements, functional specifications, current- and future-state process maps, and
• Assist with feasibility studies, answer design, and evaluation to enhance operational performance through process improvements, automation, AI capabilities, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to help define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Support the development of business cases, including analysis of operational benefits, cost implications, and expected outcomes for proposed initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to communicate findings, obtain approvals, and support alignment across teams.
• Prepare analysis, insights, and reporting to support benefit tracking, operational performance monitoring and leadership decision-making.
• Work with global and regional claims teams to support change management and process adoption.
• Actively seek coaching, feedback and mentoring to enhance skillset and contribute to the evolution of tools, templates, and methodologies to support consistent delivery of operational excellence initiatives.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Professional experience in business analysis or a related role
• Robust understanding of core insurance processes, including Claims preferred
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools
• Experience in applying Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational improvements
• Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
• Experience with project management concepts and practices
• effective data analysis or visualization and presentation skills
• effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Commitment to integrity, client focus, excellence, and teamwork
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
