Trading Support Officer

3 – 5 years’ experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, or Banking Operations, preferably within Private Banking or Wealth Management., Strong understanding of investment instruments relevant to wealth management portfolios (equities, derivatives, OTC, bonds, FX, mutual funds, ETFs)., Working knowledge of order routing and markets. Familiarity with Avaloq and MS suite of products. Bloomberg knowledge a plus., Reliable with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and synthetise control results in a clear and understandable manner., Team player, able to coordinate and organise the work performed by the Trading Support Team in Poland and supervise the work of the more junior resource. Comfortable interacting with all types of stakeholders (Front-office teams, Traders and IT)., Organized, methodical, and able to work independently with sound judgment., Fluent in English. French a strong plus.
