Anforderungen

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field, Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement systems management and supplier enablement in a multinational environment, Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving cross functional collaboration and delivering business results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Proven expertise in Coupa platform implementation and configuration, Strong knowledge of electronic invoicing methods (CSP, cXML) and catalog management, Ability to create a strong and supportive culture through leading by example and inspiring others, Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, Fluent in English (required); additional languages are an advantage, Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a global, fast-paced environment, Experience in global procurement operations and supplier enablement strategies, Knowledge of compliance requirements, risk management, and governance in supplier onboarding, Ability to work under the time pressure in changing environment, Ability to create a strong and supportive culture through leading by example and inspiring others
