University Master's Degree in a business, financial, commercial, economic or technical discipline, 8+ years of work experience, experience in e-Sourcing/Tender role in a complex environment, demonstrated team leadership & change management expertise in a multi-cultural environment, experience with Procurement e-Sourcing systems (Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO), Zycus iSource, etc.), Microsoft Office, fluent English (C1), a result-driven mentality and ability to identify and drive continuous improvement, great interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships, ability to manage intercultural relationships with stakeholders from all levels and ability to adjust the communication style accordingly, ability to drive change & continuous improvement in a decentralized environment, ability to focus on both details as well as the bigger picture, ability to manage multiple tasks/ situations at any one time and working under time pressure periodically, ability to take care of training & supporting people to grow
