Technical Writer (Observability / SRE)

We are looking for a Technical Writer responsible for creating and improving documentation for both clients and internal teams. The role focuses on the observability domain and close collaboration with technical teams (SRE, engineering).Responsibilities:Create and maintain user-facing documentation (guides, tutorials, how-to, best practices)Improve and maintain client-facing documentationDevelop and organize internal documentation for technical teamsBuild learning paths with different levels of advancementCollaborate with SRE and engineering teams to better understand products and user needsTranslate complex technical topics into clear and understandable contentRequirements:Experience as a Technical Writer in an IT environmentKnowledge of Observability / SRE (e.g. monitoring, logging, tracing)Solid general IT knowledge to understand client needsExperience in creating user-facing documentationAbility to structure knowledge and build logical learning pathsFamiliarity with observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)Experience working with product or platform documentationVery good command of English
