A degree in technical communication, engineering, languages, or a related field., 5+ years of experience in a similar role within technical documentation or technical communication (essential)., Experience working in industrial production environments and with heavy machinery (essential)., Proven experience in modular content creation and working with content management systems (CMS) (essential)., Excellent command of English (C1 min.) and Polish, used daily in project work., Strong self-organization and a systematic approach to achieving goals., Well-developed communication skills, including cooperation with customers and internal stakeholders., High attention to deadlines and quality standards., Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
