Technical Project Manager (f/m)

5+ experience with product development of packaging and knowledge of design control process, process validation and related standards, 5+ experience within folding cartons (FMCG industry: pharma or food), Knowledge of printing processes: gravure and/or offset and/or digital technology, Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, Capability to master the big picture but also technical details when required, structured working style and ability to prioritize, Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills., A flexible, adaptable mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats and handle shifting priorities., A commercially minded perspective with the ability to see the broader business impact of product development decisions., Experience in implementing new process or process improvements to enhance operational & product development efficiency, Strong analytical skills, Multitasking abilities and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, Strategic mindset and business acumen, Ability to address and resolve issues efficiently, with a focus on continuous improvement., Proficiency with packaging materials and production process
