Technical IT Security Resource MFA - Windows Hello for Business

emagine is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with project management experience to drive momentum and progress within our client’s multifactor authentication (MFA) project. This role involves acting as the technical driver to investigate, troubleshoot, mitigate blockers, and find solutions for anticipated and unforeseen issues during implementation and roll out of Windors Hello for Business (WHfB), while continuing the onboarding of the client’s employees to MFA.Main responsibilitiesAct as the technical driver to address issues related to the implementation and rollout of Windows Hello for Business (WHfB)Investigate and troubleshoot issues during project executionMitigate blockers and propose solutions to unforeseen challengesEnsure responsible management of end-to-end solutions within the designated areaCollaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholdersMaintain communication with project members and management.Key requirementsSenior expertise in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, focused on IAM and IAGExperience implementing MFA using WHfB in complex environmentsOn-prem and hybrid experience, including Active Directory (AD) and Entra IDProficiency in multiple platforms and technologies, such as Oracle, IBM Mainframe, and SQLExperience as a Technical Project Manager with end-to-end task management capabilitiesAbility to create technical documentation and presentations for project members and managementFluency in spoken and written English is essential.Nice-to-haveExtensive experience in complex infrastructure environmentsKnowledge of networking, including firewalls, proxies, and DNSBroad experience with Microsoft on-prem based infrastructureUnderstanding of infrastructure-related scripting in PowerShell or similar languagesExperience with data extraction tools like Splunk or similarStart date: 02.03.2026End date: 31.08.2026Location: Copenhagen
