Technical Consultant with German

Fluent German (written and spoken - mandatory), Fluent Polish (mandatory), Good English (internal communication), Technical background (IT, electronics, telecommunications, IoT or similar), Experience in technical customer support, service desk or helpdesk, Strong customer orientation and communication skills, Ability to quickly understand and analyze technical problems, Interest in IT, electronics and data-driven systems, Experience in 2nd line support, Knowledge of ticketing systems, Basic understanding of IoT, connectivity or networks, Experience working with data, logs or system diagnostics, Basic coding knowledge (not required)
