Tech Lead with experience in back- and frontend development

emagine is looking for a Technology Lead to join an agile development team. The consultant will play a key role in driving technical excellence, mentoring developers, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across both backend and frontend technologies. Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Technology Lead, your key responsibilities will include:Guide the team in daily technical decisions.Take ownership of complex tasks and lead by example.Ensure consistency in implementation across technology stacks (.NET, Java, Vue.js, React).Drive the reduction of technical debt.Establish and uphold coding standards.Lead code reviews and promote best practices.Mentor junior and mid-level developers.Collaborate with Architects and Product Owners to align technical and business objectives.Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in processes.Drive innovation and foster a learning culture. Key RequirementsProven experience as a Technology Lead or similar role.Strong knowledge of backend and frontend technologies.Experience in coding, testing, and reviewing software.Excellent mentoring and leadership skills.Ability to promote DevOps and CI/CD practices.Knowledge of emerging technologies and frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
