Tech Lead – OT Security & Network Access Control (f/m/x)

Providing technical leadership in the area of OT security and Network Access Control (NAC)
Designing, implementing, and overseeing secure network architectures (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD‑WAN)
Defining and enforcing network security standards, including firewalls, RADIUS, and 802.1X
Acting as a technical authority for routing, switching, and network access solutions
Leading and mentoring a geographically distributed team of network engineers and software developers
Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Working closely with DevOps and Agile teams to align networking and security with modern delivery practices
Supporting vendor and technology selection, architecture decisions, and technical documentation

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Strong expertise in routing and switching
Hands‑on experience with LAN, WAN, VPN, and network security
Practical knowledge of Cisco networking technologies
Experience with SD‑WAN, firewalls, RADIUS, and IEEE 802.1X
Proven experience managing geographically distributed teams of software developers and network engineers
Experience working with DevOps and Agile development processes and tools
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Very good command of the English language
