Team Leader - Members Administration (12‑month maternity cover)

Several years of relevant professional experience within administration, finance, accounting, or shared service environments., Proven experience in leading or coordinating people, tasks, or operational processes., Strong understanding of member administrative and settlement processes and related controls., Experience with process optimisation, standardisation or system implementation., Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels., Confidence working with data, reports and digital tools (e.g. Office 365, CRM systems, Power BI)., Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage (DE, DK, SE, NL, FR)., Handson experience participating in or leading IT projects, system implementations or process transitions., Understanding of system configuration, data structures and endtoend data flows in administrative or financial processes., Experience with data migration, data quality validation and reconciliation activities is an advantage., Ability to work effectively with IT teams, vendors and business stakeholders across different locations.
