Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Human Resource Management or similar), Preferably 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar HR administration or employee services role, Strong HR knowledge with solid understanding of German labour law and German wage tax law, High level of accuracy and attention to detail; works meticulously and ensures a high degree of precision, Structured working style with the ability to maintain an overview of tasks and priorities, Result-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks, Strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset, Problem-solving and able to independently plan and manage own work, Customer- and stakeholder-focused approach, taking into account the needs of internal and external customers, Ability to perform effectively under time pressure and in challenging circumstances, Flexible and adaptable to changing situations, priorities and working conditions, Solution-oriented mindset with focus on practical and workable solutions, Strong analytical skills, Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Hansalog and GFOS, Fluency in German and English.
