As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will be at the forefront of building the teams that drive our mission forward. In this role, you'll take ownership of full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and operational roles, using smart sourcing strategies, automation tools, and data-driven decision-making to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. You'll work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing

• Drive full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and closing.
• Source top talent proactively through LinkedIn, networks, and market research, with a focus on operational and volume roles.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to boost sourcing efficiency, candidate engagement, and pipeline management.
• Manage coordination tasks such as scheduling, candidate communication, and process tracking to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Contribute to talent projects such as building sourcing playbooks, improving candidate experience, and leveraging data to refine our approach.

What you need to shine

• Fluent German and English skills.
• 3–4 years of experience in recruiting (agency, in-house, or startup background welcome).
• Proven ability to run searches end-to-end while also rolling up your sleeves on coordination tasks.
• Strong LinkedIn and sourcing skills; comfortable with direct outreach and talent mapping.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Ashby or similar) – you can manage pipelines and processes with ease.
