Your responsibilities

• Verify, monitor and supervise the design and architecture of a robust, scalable platform for IoT B2B and B2C services
• Ensure platform stability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring and optimization,
• Oversee incident management and root cause analysis for critical issues,
• Cooperate closely with vendors who provide platform and the service,
• Become a knowledge owner of a platform and a prime contact for technical topics,
• Organize and run technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders,
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Network, Security) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Technical mentoring of a team in order to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement,
• Closely cooperate with People Leader to help the team grow and to improve cooperation with stakeholders.

Our requirements

• Knowledge of mobile networks (4G, 5GNSA,5GSA),
• Model ISO/OSI,
• Understanding of UDP/TCP/SCTP/IP, MTU/MSS related topics, NAT & CGNAT, BGP, routing, MPLS, GRE, IPsec,
• Being able to understand related ITU-T, IEEE, IETF standards,
• Knowledge of TLS, HTTP, DNS, Diameter, Radius,
• Usage of tracing tools (Wireshark),
• Experience in high availability designs (redundancy internal and georedundancy).
• Proven experience in platform maintenance within the telco or technology sector.
• Expertise in scalability, high availability, and security principles.
• Good communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
