This is a hybrid role, combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and testers to design, implement, and optimise banking systems.Key responsibilitiesGather and analyse business requirements for credit retail systemsPrepare functional specifications, system workflows, and technical documentationDesign and maintain UML diagrams, BPMN models, and activity diagramsPerform in-depth SQL analysis to validate requirements and identify system gapsConduct system integration analysis and prepare impact assessmentsSupport Agile teams working in Scrum methodologyParticipate in testing phases, troubleshooting, and implementation supportWhat we are looking forMinimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst (banking/financial services preferred)Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reportingExperience with UML, BPMN, and system design methodologiesGood understanding of credit and retail banking workflowsKnowledge of system integration and interface designHands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong analytical and communication skillsFamiliarity with banking regulatory requirements is a plusWhat we offerSolid, competitive salaryHybrid work modelMultilingual, multinational, and multicultural environmentInternational projectsMedical care
