Higher education in the field of Supply Chain Management / Logistics / / Production Engineering /IT, 10 years+ of experience in demand/ supply/ inventory role within low volume/high complexity equipment build, Experienced with worldwide deliveries of orders ranging from single items to multi container projects, 5 years+ of leading teams, Solid analytical skills and aspiration for data-driven supply chain management, focusing on solutions, Process-oriented mindset with solid operational background in S&OP, demand planning, production planning, etc., Relevant experience in supplier capacity management, bottleneck management and material allocation, Understanding of inventory optimization and related planning parameters, Strong communication skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams and deal with complex organizations, Working experience with ERP systems; preferably Axapta, International versatile, English language
