Your responsibilities

• Define frontend architecture and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and stakeholders to deliver business impact.
• Shape long-term frontend strategy and improve engineering processes.
• Remove blockers and drive efficiency across teams.

Our requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with strong skills in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building and scaling production web applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading engineering teams or technical initiatives.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive team performance.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to challenge ideas, manage trade-offs, and work in fast-paced environments.
