SQA Program Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree from a technical university, preferably in field of Quality Management., Experience: Hands-on experience (>3 years) in Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) / Quality Department. Experience in a similar role in the railway or automotive sector is desirable., Excellent communication skills in English (>B2), verbal and written. Spanish or/and German will be valuable. Polish language required., Good ability to read technical drawings, technical specifications to understand requirements., Client‑oriented mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively., Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment., Results‑driven approach, ensuring objectives are achieved with high quality and efficiency., Continuous improvement focus, demonstrating initiative to enhance processes and performance., Able to stay motivated, positive and focused whilst working in a pressured environment., Excellent time management and organizational skills, independence in work., Experience working in a high-level collaborative multicultural environment and promoting a teamwork mentality., Other requirements: Willing to travel abroad frequently for project and supplier coordination., We prefer candidates located in Poznań or the surrounding area, with the ability to work in our office.
