Sales Engineer

Due to the dynamic growth of our organization, we are looking for candidates for the position of Sales Engineer. The person hired for this role will be responsible for coordinating and developing the sales of transformers.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Sales of transformers on the Polish market;
  • Technical consulting and support in selecting optimal solutions;
  • Preparing commercial offers and conducting presentations;
  • Preparing quotations and participating in negotiations;
  • Cooperation with regional sales offices in Poland and with factories within Hitachi Energy Group;
  • Ongoing contact with customers and local construction companies;
  • Industry-related marketing activities.

Your Experience:

  • Higher technical education (preferred fields: electrical engineering, power engineering);
  • Experience in a similar position in the energy sector will be an asset;
  • English proficiency enabling smooth communication in an international environment;
  • Ability to quickly learn modern technologies and technical solutions;
  • Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Independence, responsibility, and creativity in daily tasks;
  • Willingness to travel on business and a valid category B driving license.
