Your responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that clearly communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual consistency and alignment with UX goals.
  • Partner with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Advocate for user needs in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
  • Monitor product performance and engagement metrics to inform iterative improvements.
  • Stay current with UX trends, tools, accessibility standards, and best practices.
  • Ensure regional and C‑tier market solutions align with Herbalife One platform standards for consistency and scalability.

Our requirements

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and user‑centered design.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design or UX research roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering user‑centered design solutions across web and mobile.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field; UX certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
