Specialist, Digital Activation

Coordinate activation and change management for regional digital initiatives and feature rollouts.
Create and localize activation assets and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Track readiness, monitor market execution, and escalate risks when needed.
Support development, localization, and delivery of training plans and materials.
Manage training logistics and deliver sessions for internal teams and Distributors.
Maintain communication with stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams.
Draft internal updates and support intranet content related to activation and readiness.

2–4 years of experience in change management, training, marketing activation, or project coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally.
Experience coordinating projects and working with diverse stakeholders.
Exposure to digital transformation or technology rollouts is preferred.
Familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
