About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate activation and change management for regional digital initiatives and feature rollouts.
  • Create and localize activation assets and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Track readiness, monitor market execution, and escalate risks when needed.
  • Support development, localization, and delivery of training plans and materials.
  • Manage training logistics and deliver sessions for internal teams and Distributors.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams.
  • Draft internal updates and support intranet content related to activation and readiness.

Our requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in change management, training, marketing activation, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally.
  • Experience coordinating projects and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exposure to digital transformation or technology rollouts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
