Your tasks

What you’ll do:

As the Solution Advisor (SA) (f/m/d) for SAP’s Human Experience Management (HXM) portfolio, you will be the go-to expert for SAP SuccessFactors and related HXM solutions. You’ll support the full sales cycle—from discovery and qualification through post-sale adoption—helping customers expand their SAP HXM footprint and realize measurable value.

  • Provide deep HXM expertise across SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Time, Payroll/EC Payroll, Talent), People Analytics, Work Zone for HR, and integrations with Qualtrics and SAP Fieldglass
  • Deliver standard and tailored, persona-based demos that clearly show value to CHROs, HR COEs, HR operations, managers, and employees
  • Support Account Teams with presentations and events to identify/qualify opportunities and drive adoption and consumption of SAP HXM
  • Evaluate opportunities with HXM-specific criteria (global HR/payroll scope, compliance/data privacy, integration needs, change readiness)
  • Act as an HXM thought leader; refine account strategy and shape competitive differentiation and win themes
  • Conduct vigorous dry runs; localize industry and country scenarios to ensure compelling engagements
  • Transition smoothly to Services/partners with clear scope, architecture, integration assumptions, and success criteria
  • Engage post-sale to track value (e.g., time-to-hire, retention, payroll accuracy, compliance), expand use cases, and drive renewals
  • Leverage digital assets (demo tenants, presentations, playbooks, value tools) tailored to HR personas

  • Customer Advocate: Collaborate to complement solution expertise and support customers
  • Global Digital Content Factory: Leverage digital assets created by the team throughout customer engagement
  • Implementation Partner/Customer Services & Delivery: Efficiently transition customer engagement for successful deployment and realization of solution value
  • SAP Account Teams: Share best practices and collaborate on providing solutions and services support across the entire customer journey

What you bring:

  • Experience in large software/IT organizations, with emphasis on HXM/HCM
  • Several years of experience in Solution Advisory, within the HXM/HCM portfolio preferred
  • Hands-on knowledge of Core HR, Talent, Payroll/Time, People Analytics, Work Zone for HR, and integrations (Qualtrics, Fieldglass)
  • Strong understanding of cloud (SaaS/PaaS), B2B delivery, HR data security/privacy, and common HR/payroll integration patterns
  • Recognized HXM subject-matter expertise with a track record of value-based presales/customer engagements.
  • Ability to craft compelling, persona-based stories and quickly translate HR goals (EX, mobility, compliance, productivity) into pragmatic HXM roadmaps
  • Passionate, energetic customer presence with excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Fluent German and English; other languages are an advantage
