About the role

We are looking for a Software Project Manager to join our Central Eastern Europe, Turkey & UCCA Professional Services team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of PLM and MOM software implementation projects, supporting enterprise‑level customers across the region as they transform their engineering and manufacturing operations with Siemens Xcelerator.

You can be based anywhere in the Poland. We offer remote working, with occasional visits to customer sites

We offer a comprehensive reward package which includes a competitive basic salary, bonus scheme, generous holiday allowance, pension, and private healthcare.

The salary range for this position is 204,400 PLN to 367,900 PLN gross and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. Siemens offers health and wellness benefits to employees.
