About the project
Your responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack features across our merchant-facing reporting platform, from React components to Python and Go backend services.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs that connect frontend reporting experiences to underlying data systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define requirements and deliver polished, user-facing experiences.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to engineering best practices, and continue growing your technical skills with support from senior teammates.
- Debug and resolve issues across the stack, taking ownership of quality and reliability for the features you build.
Our requirements
- 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Solid proficiency with Python or Go for backend development, including building or consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript for building responsive, maintainable frontend applications.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Familiarity with software development best practices including version control, code review, and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across engineering, product, and design.
- Willing to come into our Kraków or Gdańsk office 2–3 times per week.
Optional
- Experience building reporting interfaces, dashboards, or data-heavy applications.
- Familiarity with data visualization libraries such as Recharts, D3, or Chart.js.
- Exposure to ClickHouse or other analytical data stores.
- Background or interest in the restaurant or hospitality technology sector.
