Software Consultant (Uniformed Services, German)

Using your uniformed services expertise to drive innovation with clients
Analysis of data and processes to improve organizational operations
Collecting requirements from various stakeholder groups
Documenting gathered requirements using diagrams, models, and flowcharts
Cooperation with technical and business teams – your experience will help them better understand risks and needs
Preparing reports and documentation

Experience in uniformed services (e.g.Policja, Straż graniczna, Wojsko) – ability to perform under pressure, analyze situations, and make sound decisions
Fluent command of German, both spoken and written (mandatory requirement)
Openness to development – willingness to learn new tools and methods used in a corporate environment (e.g., Excel, UML, BPMN)
Strong analytical skills – ability to draw conclusions based on data, observations, and procedures
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups – both technical and business
