Deine Aufgaben

• You are the driving force behind our social media strategy, growth campaigns, and content that fuels engagement and visibility, designing and executing comprehensive social media plans that align with our business objectives, resulting in follower growth and an elevated brand presence.
• You oversee the end-to-end management of content creation and production, from ideation to execution. Collaborating closely with our designers and product managers, you ensure that our message is clear, consistent, and impactful across all channels.
• You are supporting the efforts of our lead and demand generation through social media, leveraging targeted campaigns, community engagement, and innovative strategies to convert followers into leads and customers.
• You’ll masterfully integrate influencer marketing to amplify our reach, collaborating with key opinion leaders and ambassadors who resonate with our audience.
• You oversee our content calendar, ensuring timely, relevant, and high-quality posts.
• You contribute your own ideas to strategies for growing our social media following, staying agile and open to experimentation—whether it’s a new social media format, an out-of-the-box content idea, or a creative partnership.

Dein Profil

• 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Social Media Management mit Fokus auf LinkedIn, Wachstumsstrategien und Lead-Generierung
• Erfolgreiche Kampagnen über mehrere Plattformen hinweg
• Fließend in Englisch (gesprochen und geschrieben), vorzugsweise als Muttersprachler; zusätzliche Sprachen wie Spanisch, Französisch oder Portugiesisch sind von Vorteil
• Leidenschaft für die Erstellung fesselnder visueller und schriftlicher Inhalte
• Versiert im Umgang mit Design-Tools wie Adobe Creative Cloud
• Fähigkeit, Daten und Trends zu interpretieren, um die Leistung zu optimieren
• Begeisterung für die Übersetzung komplexer Datenkonzepte in ansprechende Social Media-Inhalte
• Kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit einem kooperativen Geist und einem gesunden Sinn für Humor
