Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Digital Asset Management platforms
- Strong expertise in Sitecore Content Hub (DAM) and broader Sitecore DXP ecosystem
- Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance DAM architectures
- Deep understanding of metadata models, taxonomy structures, content workflows, and asset lifecycle management
- Experience integrating DAM with CMS, CRM, marketing automation tools, and third-party systems
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments and using project management tools
- Nice to have: Sitecore certification or other DAM-related certifications
- Nice to have: Experience with cloud-based DAM solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and technical design of Sitecore Content Hub solutions
- Oversee implementation, configuration, and deployment of DAM solutions
- Define and maintain DAM strategy including taxonomy, metadata governance, and lifecycle management
- Ensure seamless integrations with CMS, e-commerce, CRM, and marketing platforms
- Define and document processes for asset creation, ingestion, approval, and distribution
- Ensure the DAM platform is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance
- Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and development teams
- Provide technical guidance, training, and ongoing platform support
- Manage project timelines, resources, and delivery milestones
- Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement of the DAM platform
