Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience in software development.

• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and take full ownership of SRE responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address risks in complex production environments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to clearly explain technical topics to stakeholders.

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing platform requirements, working with different languages and frameworks when needed.

• Focused on delivering measurable improvements in system reliability, performance, and automation.

  Required Tech. stack

  • Strong knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, C++, Java is a must.
  • Experience working with Linux and understanding its core concepts is a must
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Experience in DevOps is a must.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and CI/CD tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Jenkins, or GitLab CI, especially in environments focused on automation and release management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy automation tools and solutions to improve the reliability, performance, and efficiency of electronic trading systems, with a strong focus on reducing manual work.
• Support the release and deployment process, helping ensure smooth and stable application rollouts.
• Work closely with software developers and infrastructure teams to resolve issues, contribute to system design discussions, and support platform management and capacity planning.
• Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation for automation tools and operational processes, and provide regular updates to engineering leads and trading stakeholders.
