Project information:hybrid model preferably (flexible)B2B contract2 weeks on site onboarding (Warsaw)long-term cooperationIntroduction & Summary:We’re looking for a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join a team of 6 dedicated Admins and testers. This role will support and maintain secure, compliant, and stable operations for our clients utilizing ServiceNow as a service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of ServiceNow experience, demonstrating independence, proactivity, and professionalism.Main Responsibilities:The Platform Administrator will engage in core responsibilities aimed at maintaining robust ServiceNow operations.Key responsibilities include:Maintenance and Support of the ServiceNow platform.Proactive Problem Management.Ensuring Security & Compliance measures are in place.Providing Light Configuration & Development support.Collaborating with a team of Admins and testers.Troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.Communicating clearly with stakeholders.Key Requirements:The successful candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:Minimum 2-3 years of ServiceNow experience in a similar role.Ability to work independently and proactively.Strong ownership of tasks and issues.Effective troubleshooting abilities.Clear and professional communication skills.Nice to Have:Additional complementary skills include:Experience in Enterprise Service Management.Familiarity with compliance frameworks.Knowledge of configuration and development support.Other Details:This role is part of a dynamic environment focused on service excellence.
