Anforderungen

3+ years of hands on experience with ServiceNow, with strong focus on HRSD., 5+ years of people management experience, including team building and leadership., At least one active ServiceNow certification (e.g. CSA, CIS HRSD, or equivalent) – required to validate delivery quality and team output., Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and HR processes (employee lifecycle, case management, knowledge management)., Proven experience in pre sales, pipeline management, or go to market activities., Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
