ServiceNow Developer (Discovery)

Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / FlexibleWork Model: 100% remote Contract Type: B2B (210-240 pln/h + VAT)We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and manage technical solutions across the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will contribute to shaping the platform’s long-term direction by implementing best practices, optimizing performance, and enhancing system architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to extend IT capabilities through Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM-aligned configuration management. ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Portal.Implement and enhance Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM to strengthen configuration management and asset visibility.Build and maintain integrations with external systems and tools such as JAMF, Intune, SolarWinds, AWS, and Azure using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.Create and optimize server-side scripts, ACLs, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and automated workflows in alignment with ITIL practices.ExpectationsMinimum 4-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and at least 3 years of hands-on expertise with Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, and complex integrations.Strong proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), ServiceNow APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and implementation strategies.Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks, system architecture, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting.Fluent English skills (written and spoken) What We OfferMedicover healthcare packageMultisport cardAccess to an e-learning platformGroup life insurance
