Anforderungen

At least 3-4 years of hands‑on experience working with the ServiceNow platform., ServiceNow System Administrator certification., Experience working across multiple ServiceNow domains, such as:, ITSM, Asset Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, Request Fulfillment, or similar core areas., Understanding integrations, databases, and web service technologies (REST, SOAP, SAML, OAuth)., Strong analytical mindset and ability to adapt to changing requirements., Excellent communication skills in English (C1), comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders., Experience with HRSD, CSM, or App Engine / Creator Workflows., ITIL knowledge or process-related certifications., Four years’ experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
