About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring stability, availability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform
  • Administering upgrades, patches, cloning, and environment maintenance
  • Monitoring system health, integrations, scheduled jobs, and logs
  • Securing the platform through roles, groups, and access controls
  • Configuring ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge
  • Customizing workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and Service Catalog items
  • Developing automation solutions and custom applications
  • Creating dashboards, reports, and performance analytics
  • Integrating external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers
  • Managing CMDB structure, relationships, and data quality
  • Supporting discovery, service mapping, and asset management
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration
  • Strong expertise in ITSM processes and core ServiceNow modules
  • Advanced scripting skills using JavaScript and Glide API
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform fundamentals
  • Experience with system integrations and workflow automation
  • Practical application of ITIL principles in daily operations
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • Proven ability to analyze issues and deliver structured, effective solutions
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience working in large enterprises or international environments
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Fluent Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required

Optional

  • Experience with ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or HR/CSM modules
