Anforderungen
2+ years of relevant experience in automation, robotics, conveyor systems, or a similar field., Electrical knowledge – you can fault-find, read, and interpret electrical schematics., Mechanical competence – assembling, maintaining, and understanding mechanical systems comes naturally to you., Troubleshooting skills - you can search for and implement solutions., You’re tech-savvy – ready to master our proprietary software and use your IT skills to get the job done efficiently., Basic understanding of computer networks., Professional proficiency in Polish, both verbal and written., English proficiency at B2 level is required., This role requires willingness to travel to customer sites., Customer-focused mindset – You enjoy engaging directly with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring an excellent experience from start to finish., Analytical problem-solver – You take pride in diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and recommending effective, lasting solutions., Proactive and adaptable – You thrive in dynamic environments, working independently and embracing new challenges with a positive attitude., Clear communicator – You can translate complex or technical concepts into simple, understandable language for any audience., Collaborative team player – You work effectively both within a team and independently, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues when needed.
