Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Service ManagerLocation: Remote (100%)Responsibilities:Own the AdTech solution roadmap and backlog, prioritizing business and technical requirementsAct as the main point of contact for business stakeholders regarding AdTech solutionsCollect, document and prioritise business and operational requirements for AdTech platformsLead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, align priorities, and communicate progressOversee vendor and partner relationships, including contract negotiations, budgets, and licensingCoordinate incident and problem management within the AdTech domain, including root cause analysis and technical recoveryEnsure all AdTech solutions comply with GDPR and internal data protection policiesReport on service performance, risks, and opportunities to business and IT leadershipRequirements:Hands-on experience in marketing, particularly in digital advertising, and a deep understanding of AdTech platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Emplifi, Smartly)Experience with data privacy, web analytics, and consent managementStrong stakeholder and vendor management skillsProven ability to drive service improvements and manage complex technical environmentsKnowledge of English at B2/C1 levelWhat we offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardTraining & learning opportunitiesConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
